The truly delicious & fluffy Salzburger Nockerl at Gasthof Goldene Ente

There is nothing more heavenly and satisfying, than a beautifully crafted souffle. The Salzburger Nockerl,  is by far my favourite sweet souffle, and this culinary treat is the dessert star of the city of Salzburg! My secret tip, after having tasted a number of delicious, and less stellar specimens of this famous dessert, are the Salzburger Nockerl with raspberry jam, at the wonderfully quaint Gasthof Goldene Ente on Goldgasse 10, in the Salzburg city center pedestrian zone.
